Judges

Introduction
Our dedicated panel of judges for the 2025 Picture Book Reading Contest comprises highly experienced educators from colleges and high schools across America. Since the contest is exclusively for elementary and middle school students, we ensure the integrity of the contest by selecting judges who have no direct connection to the participants. This impartial approach guarantees that every submission is evaluated fairly and that no participant can gain an unfair advantage.

These judges bring a wealth of knowledge in language education and have a deep understanding of how to assess language proficiency, creativity, and storytelling in a way that encourages young learners to excel.
