2025 Spring Conference

Annual Events

Each year, CLTAC regularly holds a Spring Conference on a Saturday in March and a Fall Workshop (Meeting) on a Saturday in November. The Spring Conference has been hosted at Stanford University since many years ago, and the Fall Workshops/Meetings were usually held in conjunction with that of the Foreign Language Association of North California (FLANC) at different institutions in the Bay Area and the Monterey Peninsula.

Both the Spring Conference and the Fall Workshop/Meeting usually bring together more than one hundred K-16 Chinese teachers, administrators and guests. The conferences and workshops feature presentations on fresh knowledge, new ideas and good practices of Chinese curricula, materials, principles, standards, methodology, technology, acquisition, linguistics, culture, literature, AP Chinese, etc.
