Speech Contest Registration Form
All contestants must register through their instructors. The registration fee is $10 per contestant. All registrations must be submitted and payments postmarked by March 30th, 2015.
To register your students: 1) Read the official rules of the speech contest. 2) Each instructor collects the registration fees for all the student contestants in his/her classes, and makes out one check payable to CLTAC. 3) Instructors fill out two forms online in order to complete the registration. One is the Teacher Information and Payment Form; the other is the Speech Contest Registration Form. Please print out the confirmation email for the Teacher Information and Payment Reminder, and send it along with your check to CLTAC, P.O. Box 5661, Monterey, CA 93944. In the notes section of the check, please write down the teachers' names and school name. When we get your registration fee, we will send you a confirmation email. At that point your registration will be complete. |
