Instruction:
When you complete the teacher information and payment form, please print out the form before clicking “submit”, and mail it along with your check to CLTAC, P.O. Box 5661, Monterey, CA 93944. In the notes section of the check, please write down the teachers' names and school name. When we get your registration fee, we will send you a confirmation email. At that point, your registration will be complete.
